Jawatan Kosong PROJECT ASSISTANT in Seri Kembangan

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our lighting design and supply operations. The ideal candidate will assist in project coordination, logistics, documentation, inventory control, and market research to help the company stay competitive and efficient in the LED lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating daily operations related to lighting design, product delivery, and project execution.
• Support sales and project teams with administrative tasks, including quotation preparation, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery scheduling.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for lighting products such as COB LED strips, facade lights, grow lights, and UFO lights.
• Liaise with logistic partners, and clients to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update internal records, including inventory logs, delivery tracking, and supplier databases.
• Evaluate and improve internal workflows, SOPs, and inter-departmental communication processes.
• Maintaining project files, organizing documentation, and providing general office support.
• Track shipments and coordinate import/export documentation when necessary
• Participate in workflow improvement projects and help implement operational best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in lighting, construction, or electrical industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in market research and technology trends.
• Fluent in English and Malay / Mandarin.

• Familiarity with LED lighting products or basic electrical components is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
• Background in marketing support or data analysis is a plus.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Saturday: WFH 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Salary:

RM2,300 - 3,000 (negotiable)
