Job Description

• Post accurate accounting records for all daily transactions.
• To assist on the inventory control and other related field.
• Prepare yearly financial report & monthly reconciliation analysis.
• Handle full sets account & prepare financial report.
• Perform monthly & annual accounts closing and generate management accounts for review.
• Assist in providing information as required for statutory tax & audit issues.
• Assist in monthly closing activities, GL bank reconciliation & another required schedule, and aging.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping.
• Any other ad hoc task when required by superior and management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess SPM, STPM, LCCI or certificate or diploma in Accountancy.
• At least 3 years of working experience.
• Knowledge of the Autocount system is an added advantage
• Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
