JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE : SHIFT MANAGER
1. Manage your shift’s team and ensure operational excellence of your daily shifts.
2. Assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring operational excellence of the outlet.
3. Coach ongoing performances of your team in each shift.
4. Provide feedback and share ideas to improve the overall monthly sales of the outlet.
5. Any other tasks to ensure operational excellence of the outlet.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
