Job Title: Printing Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed sales targets set by management through proactive client acquisition and retention.

• Generate new leads and expand the client base in the printing and merchandise industry, including SME, government, private sector or corporate, and educational sectors.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer the best printing solutions.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process, including post-sales follow-ups.

3. Consultative Selling:

• Offer expert advice on printing products and services, such as marketing materials, merchandise, corporate gifts, banners, and custom printing solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients to showcase NTS Printing's capabilities and services.

4. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop sales strategies that align with current industry demands.
