Jawatan Kosong Relationship Executive in Bayan Lepas

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to manage our brand partnerships and provide essential administrative support. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across creative and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management & Relationship Coordination

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brands.
• Liaise with brand principals, artists, endorsers, and suppliers to maintain strong, positive relationships.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels (retail, events, digital).
• Monitor and manage brand inventory, promotions, and display standards.

Artist & Supplier Communication

• Coordinate with endorsed artists and workshop instructors for content creation, campaigns, and event appearances.
• Communicate with suppliers on stock availability, PO processing, product updates, and marketing materials.

Event & Workshop Execution

• Plan and execute brand-related workshops, product launches, and in-store events.
• Coordinate logistics including venue setup, invitations, technical support, and follow-up reporting.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare brand performance reports (sales, exposure, ROI on campaigns).
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to each brand.
• Assist in general administrative duties including scheduling, filing, and email correspondence.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination skills (written and verbal).
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of branding, marketing, or events is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Slides).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Passion for music, instruments, or retail industry is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,750.00 per month
