Jawatan Kosong Account & Finance Executive in Ipoh

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process refunds accurately and promptly according to company policies and procedures.
• Manage all payments for suppliers and claims across four countries, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Compare forex rates for purchase payments to optimize currency exchange transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to refunds, payments, or purchase data.
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
• Check the GST/SST/VAT calculations shared by freight company to ensure its accuracy
• Compute & submit royalty reports on a quarterly basis
• Other Ad hoc task.

Job requirements:

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance or Partial Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CIMA)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of working experiences in finance related field
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• Meticulous, high analytical and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate (able to handle Microsoft Word, Excel etc).
• Proactive team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
