Responsible

• Managed full set of accounts and led the month-end closing process.
• Prepared and analysed monthly/quarterly/annual management reports and financial schedules.
• Prepared weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts; monitored utilisation of banking facilities.
• Reviewed and authorised supplier payments, and managed credit control.
• Monitored accounts receivable ageing and escalated long-outstanding balances for recovery actions.
• Prepared documentation for banking facilities applications (e.g. LC, BG, BA and related submissions).
• Coordinated tax compliance matters, including accurate tax computations and timely submission to the tax agent; reviewed tax payable and provisions for financial reporting.
• Led and coordinated the annual budgeting exercise and periodic budget tracking.
• Prepared prepayments, accruals, and provisions in accordance with accounting standards.
• Performed other ad-hoc finance assignments as required by management.
