Job description:

• Menyiapkan dan menyelaraskan mesin sebelum pengeluaran — memastikan tetapan sesuai mengikut spesifikasi kerja
• Membaca dan mentafsir lukisan teknikal atau kerja arahan untuk memahami keperluan produk
• Memantau proses pengeluaran secara langsung untuk memastikan output tepat, mengurangkan bahan buangan dan mengoptimumkan kitaran mesin
• Membuat pemeriksaan kualiti berkala, termasuk pemeriksaan fizikal produk (permukaan, ukuran, berat) dan merekod keputusan pemeriksaan
• Penyelenggaraan pencegahan mesin seperti pelinciran, pembersihan, serta penukaran komponen apabila diperlukan
• Mencatat dan menyimpan rekod pengeluaran, downtime mesin, kegagalan dan penggunaan bahan mentah dalam log harian atau sistem dokumentasi
• Mematuhi SOP keselamatan kilang seperti memakai PPE, menjaga kebersihan kawasan kerja dan melaporkan sebarang insiden atau kerosakan mesin
• Bekerjasama dengan kumpulan pengeluaran lain, termasuk jadual shift, bantuan teknikal dan latihan pengendali baru
• Terlibat dalam inisiatif penambahbaikan berterusan, seperti cadangan proses lebih efisien atau mengurangkan sisihan bahan
