Human Resources Generalist | Subang Jaya, Selangor

Industry: Industrial Machinery / Heat Exchange & Cooling Solutions
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: Up to RM6,500 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll, compensation & benefits administration.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and staff welfare.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Manage HR documentation, employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
• Support training, performance management and other HR initiatives.
• Handle other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in foreign worker management or HR administration is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
