Jawatan Kosong Logistic Assistant in Labuan

2*.*0 JOB FUNCTION {SCOPE)

• Manage all inbound and outbound logistic activities

• Responsible to facilitate equipment movement planning and scheduling

3*.*0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive shipment and ensure both quantity and quality

• Preparing related shipping documents (e.g. commercial invoice, packing list, delivery order) for inbound and

outbound shipment

• Preparing documentation and arrangement prior loading and unloading to/from offshore

• Interact with Client, freight forwarders and project management for logistic activities

• Communicate with offshore crew on any upcoming and outgoing movement

• Ensure that base has sufficient space for incoming deliveries .

• Perform other related duties as and when assigned from time to time

• Awareness to QHSE management system requirement

• Support & execute the processes to achieve QHSE objectives

• Comply and work in accordance to HSE Procedure and safe work practise

• To take reasonable care for the health and safety of him/herself and others who may be affected by his/her acts

or omission at work

• Not to intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interests of health, safety, environment and welfare

4*.*0 QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE {REQUIREMENTS)

• SPM I Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in logistic and oil and gas discipline .

• Computer literate

• Willing to travel and relocate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
