Jawatan Kosong Vending Supervisor in Kuantan

Job Responsibilities
Team & Operations Management

• Lead and manage a team of 1–6 Vending Coordinators (VC) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide on-the-job guidance, coaching, and performance monitoring for VCs.
• Cover assigned zones during staff absence to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Stock & Cash Control

• Monitor VC stock loading activities at the warehouse.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock verification for vending machines, vans, and warehouse.
• Verify machines with frequent cash and stock variances.
• Check and resolve cash discrepancies against items sold.
• Verify the number of coin bags deposited into the safe box.
• Perform cash counting for all zones and update the OCBK file accordingly.

Documentation & Reporting

• Print daily stock collection and return forms.
• Review and verify Daily VCR reports every morning and provide feedback to VCs.
• Compile movement forms for vending machine recalls, relocations, or withdrawals.

MRP Planning & Execution

• Plan and review MRP visits monthly, or as required based on sales performance.
• Schedule visits according to Load Frequency Indicator (LFI) and mandatory visit plans.
• Create daily MRP plans when required.
• Generate monthly MRP codes based on finalized MRP plans.
• Update MRP links for changes such as additional visits, skipped locations, or staff absence.

Machine & Vehicle Management

• Ensure vending machine selling prices comply with the approved price list.
• Set and verify product and ingredient settings according to company guidelines.
• Perform 5S audits on vending machines (minimum 30 units per month) and ensure closure of findings.
• Organize vehicle schedules for Puspakom inspection and ensure early road tax renewal.

Customer & Client Management

• Meet clients or persons-in-charge to obtain feedback on service quality.
• Attend to and resolve customer complaints based on updates from Customer Service emails.
• Analyze low-sales locations and propose machine relocation or withdrawal where necessary.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with company 5S, safety, and operational standards at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to internal control procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification in any field OR at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and GDL.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
• Owns a smartphone and is familiar with mobile applications for transaction data entry.
• Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Excel for routine operational reporting.
• A strong leader who is results-driven, proactive, and a team player.
• Demonstrates high integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
