Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, inspection plans and quality documentation.
2. Conduct inspections and ensure works comply with project specifications, standards and client requirements.
3. Coordinate with project, engineering, site and HSE teams on quality-related matters.
4. Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, checklists, ITPs and relevant documentation.
5. Monitor site activities and identify quality issues, non-conformities and corrective actions.
6. Liaise with clients, sub-contractor and relevant parties during inspections and quality audits.
7. Ensure proper documentation and traceability of inspection and testing activities.
8. Support project teams in maintaining the required quality standards throughout project execution.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry & Min. 2 years of experience specifically in QA/QC works.
2. Experience or knowledge in maintenance projects or insulation works is required.
3. Familiar with MLNG site/plant requirements and working environment.
4. Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspection processes and quality documentation.
5. Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
6. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with site and project teams.
Certifications / Registration
Candidates with the following are preferred:
1. Registered with ACE – Advantage.
2. Valid OGSP, CIDB & MEDEX [Fit to Work].
