Job Responsibilities
-Perform daily administrative work to ensure efficient operation of work.
-Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth business operation.
-Prepare the report and submit it to PIC
-To process daily orders, prepare the invoice and related document.
-Handle queries via general line calls, emails ,message and social media.
- Assist superior or colleagues in ad-hoc tasks, which may be assigned from time to time.
-Organize, index and file documents and records
-Answer and handle all incoming calls in good manner.
-Contact & arrange installer for OK Vision installation.
-Post content on sosial media.

Job Requirements
-Team work spirit
-Required Language : English & Bahasa Malaysia
-Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent education.
-Skills- Ms Office, word excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
