Jawatan Kosong Junior IT Executive in Labuan

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science.Candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to analyze and troubleshoot issues (L1 and L2).
• Working experience with Windows, Redhat Linux/ Centos Operating Systems.
• Working experience with database operations, daily backups.
• Working experience using Windows Powershell scripts.
• Working experience using any Helpdesk system.
• Working experience in patching, system upgrades using SCCM or InTunes.
• Working experience in configuration, troubleshooting of networks/ communications devices such as routers, switches and Firewalls.
• Knowledge in network protocols such as TCP/IP and SNMP.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to handle Clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor Global/ Domestic Network performance to meet Service Level expectations.
• Support local and global users via ticketing system.
• Perform administration and support activities.
• Drive to problem resolution and search for root causes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Participate in on call process as required.
• Communicate frequently with internal/external teams via Phone/ E-mail (e.g. Fault reporting, notification and escalation).
• Remote monitoring of system environments, capacity and availability of the servers.
• Routine maintenance and inspection of servers and network equipment.
• Support development team in Projects, Perform installation, Configuration, Upgrade, Maintenance, etc.
• To perform and discharge promptly and efficiently any duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior.
