Jawatan Kosong Polisher/ Gelang Patah in Johor Bahru

Position Title: Polisher

Location: Gelang Patah, Johor Bahru.

Department: Manufacturing/Production

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary : RM1800 - RM3000

Working hour : 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Sat)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares stainless steel surfaces for polishing by cleaning, deburring, and removing any surface imperfections.
• Uses hand tools, grinders, or chemical treatments to ensure the surface is ready for polishing.
• Operates polishing machinery (e.g., buffing machines, grinders, and sanding tools) to achieve a smooth and shiny finish on stainless steel products.
• Applies different polishing techniques (such as mirror finish, brushed finish, or satin
• finish) according to product specifications.
• Inspects finished workpieces for quality control, ensuring that all polishing meets industry standards
• Operates specialized polishing equipment such as rotary polishers, belt grinders, or automated polishing machines.
• Maintains and troubleshoots polishing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and output.
• Polishes stainless steel components after fabrication or welding to remove weld lines and create a uniform finish.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in fitter or related field is a plus.

Experience:

• Proven experience as an Stainless steel polisher or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
