Jawatan Kosong Account Assistant / Executive in Kubang Pasu

1. Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and general ledger entries.

2. Prepare and maintain accounting documetns and records.

3. Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.

4. Process transactions, invoices, receipts and payments accurately and promptly.

5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as monthly and annual accounts.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards and best practices to maintain compliance and enhance financial processes.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
8. Handle sensitive and confidential financial information with integrity.

9. Able to undertake other duties undersigned from time to time.

Requirement:
1. Candidate must be possess at least a LCCI/diploma/degree at Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. At least one (1) year working experience in the related field.
3. Required skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, accounting software knowledge.
4. Required languages in speaking and writing: English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin.
5. Good interpersonal skills, honest and work independently.

6. Ability to multi-tasking, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

7. Able to work full-time at Jitra, Kedah.
