Job Responsibilities:

• To attend to sales enquiry.
• Propose Marketing idea, plan and organize marketing campaign
• Create attractive and effective marketing content for offline, website and social media account.
• To ensure any feedback and complaints from property purchasers are attended to and to resolve the issue promptly.
• Organize and maintain all project-related documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Prepare and type letters, memos, and other correspondence as required, ensuring professional formatting and timely delivery.
• Copy, scan, and store documents. Check for accuracy and edit files, such as contracts. Review and update technical documents.
• Provide assistance to project team.
• Responsible for managing all aspect of sales administration works related property sales.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM requirement, working experiences in Sales, digital marketing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of marketing activities and marketing tools
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or web administration
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Proficient typing and editing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
