Monitor the implementation of solutions, evaluating their effectiveness, and making necessary adjustments.
Proposing Improvements:
Continuously assess operations and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Propose and lead the implementation of innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance business performance.
Stock Take Audits:
Conduct regular stock take audits in branches to ensure accurate inventory management.
Analyze audit results, address discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
Team Leadership and Development:
Supervise and support pharmacy managers and staff at each location.

Monitor and manage the financial performance of each pharmacy.

Oversee inventory management processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely deliveries.

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards.
Oversee adherence to patient privacy and healthcare practices at each location.
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
