Jawatan Kosong Warehouse Supervisor Mandarin Speaker - MNC Manufacturing - Pasir Gudang in Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse staff, plan and assign work, train staff, conduct inventory counts, provide reports, summarize and plan work.
• Communicate and coordinate well with internal and external stakeholders efficiently.
• Maintaining records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation.
• Able to handle emergencies and conduct daily 6S inspection, ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively and keep clean and tidy, ensure warehouse safety.
• Manage the handling, storing, and shipping of goods, ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
• Control inventory, plan budget, organize inventory counts, sets and review annual goals
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent; with minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse operation, (at least 2 years in supervisory role)
• Possess basic financial knowledge
• Willing to undergo training in China up to 1 month
