Jawatan Kosong SHIPPING ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE in Melaka

We are well established manufacturers machine and equipment on “Design, manufacture and install” basis for SMR rubber, animal feedmill and relate industries catered for multi-national corporation and overseas market and emerged as one of market leaders in the industry. SHIPPING ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

· Manage daily logistic operations, including handling import and export documentation and securing necessary permits from authorities

· Ensure that all logistics arrangement adhere to regulatory requirements and work procedures with particular attention to shipping documentation

· Plan and coordinate transportation to meet delivery deadlines and oversee shipping arrangments for both import and export shipments

· Local transportation arrangement

· To execute & handle import & export activity and documents including coordinate with consignee for delivery, trucking, transport and storage

· Ensure documents and operations process comply to Customs & other current regulations for smooth cargo clearance

· To keep customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and current status as well as answering customer’s enquiry in a promptly manner

· Knowledge of Incoterms, CIF, FCA, EXW, DDU, DDP, CIPL, CO, SO, COC, BSC etc

· Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as instructed by superiors/management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

· Minimum 1 year working experience in shipping/logistic or related

· Computer knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel)

· Possess interpersonal skills to deal with suppliers

· Aggressive and able to work independently

· Experience with Custom and Import & Export Documentation

· Preferable candidate able to read and write in Mandarin, English and Malay

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
