3. Key- in transaction in Arms & Auto Count

4. Media social and content creator Tiktok/Instagram/Facebook

• Plan content align with promotion
• Create content
• Edit content
• Check copyright
• Upload or schedule content
• Do research content on trend
• Do research music on trend to boost the video

5. Customer Service

• Reply chat customer on shopee and lazada
• Reply chat customer on media social platform ( Instagram / facebook / Tiktok )
• Reply chat customer on google feedback or google chat
