Responsibilities:

• 1. Provide general administrative support including filling, scanning, typing and copying to management.
• 2. Data entry and updating
• 3. Organize filling system and manage documentation in proper record
• 4. Prepare related monthly report
• 5. Generate data entry, PO, CN, DO, Invoice and manage system
• 6. Any ad hoc job required.

Requirements:

• 1. Diploma & Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 3. Strong organizational and administrative skills
• 4. Energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for great efficiency
• 5. Excellent communication skills
