Jawatan Kosong Site Admin Executive in Melaka

Job Description:

· Manage and execute daily administrative tasks to maintain a smooth workflow within the office environment and project needs.

· To provide general administrative and clerical support to the site office including but not limited to mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.

· To carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with the contract specifications and drawings, current legislation and standard policy.

· To assist, instruct and advise contractors on site, quality control, and the interpretation of contract documents.

· To prepare progress reports, site activities and all other related matters.

· To be responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contract and construction drawings in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion.

· To identify all remedial / outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that works are carried out within the stipulated time.

· To keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect of the progress works.

· All other duties as and when assigned by the superior or management.

Job Requirement:

· Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree holder.

· A minimum of 1 year of working experience in property is preferred.

· Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.

. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

· Ability to speak and writing in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
