Jawatan Kosong Assistants, Admin - 3 Months Contract July - October in Klang

Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, maintain, and sort physical and digital documents systematically.
  • Prepare, scan, photocopy, and distribute documents as required by Management and departments.
  • Perform accurate data entry and update information into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support for daily office operations.
  • Handle and monitor FOMEMA renewal processes and related documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for records, agreements, contracts, and company documents.
  • Ensure all documents are updated, properly recorded, and easily accessible when required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and administrative correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding administrative matters.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth administrative workflow within the office.
  • Support Management with ad-hoc administrative duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Possess good organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Positive working attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
