• Record installment payments made via various online payment platform and send to respective departments for further action.
• Responsible to follow up on receipt issuing for the payment made thru online platform.
• Make verification calls for certain case of loan application.
• Provide customer service for call in customer :
• 1. Responsible for all incoming calls and return calls for any inquiries.
• 2. Attend customer complaints and report to concerned departments.
• 3. Assist customers in inquiries.
• 4. Update customer on certain case of approved loan applications.
• Handle courier services :
• 1. Check and receive documents/parcels from courier.
• 2. Responsible for internal parcel transfer.
• 3. Record and update sender details and tracking number of parcel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
