We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team as the key link between our customers and Technicians.

• Attend to the customers, understand their vehicle concerns, issue repair orders and recommend suitable solutions.
• To ensure a smooth, professional service experience by effectively communicating customer’s needs to the service team.
• Submit accurate technical reports and warranty claims promptly, in line with approved guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are completed within the promised timeframe and strive to exceed customer expectations in service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service status, schedule appointments and manage vehicle drop-off and collection.
• Educate customers on warranty coverage and cost-effective service options
• Coordinate and manage the service workflow and daily schedule in the workshop.
• Inform customers of any changes to service status or updated pick-up times.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay

Work Location: In person
