Job Description

• Responsible for hosting live stream on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Tiktok and Shopee.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts, content, strategies and promotions for live streaming, including scheduling, planning and marketing.
• Conducting daily live streaming session on company’s e-commerce platforms
• Constantly creating content on e-commerce platforms and be responsible in strategizing, planning, shooting, editing and posting of content including preparing script, flow of live stream and post live debrief.
• Interact with viewers during live streaming, attract and maintain the audience’s attention, drive traffic and engagement, provide professional advice, answer enquiries and build a strong and loyal online community.
• Update the latest trends and behavior of social media audiences.
• According to the company’s arrangement, participate in the shooting of the company’s product videos and daily short videos and share the videos.
• Track, monitor and understand live stream’s performance through insights and analysis.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Min 1 working experience or with relevant experience in this field. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms and online video production.
• Candidate is required to possess excellent communication skills, good product presentation skills and excellent copywriting skills.
• Candidate must have presentable, cheerful and attractive personality, and not a camera shy.
• Passionate and have potential of social live commerce in the new digital retail, and wanted to seize the opportunity to learn, excel and be part of it.
• Equipped with on-site scheduling and contingency response capabilities, able to respond promptly to unexpected situations and take effective measures.
• Candidate must possess good discipline and teamwork spirit, willing to learn, positive attitude and able to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends based on promotional needs and live stream schedules.
• Flexibility in working remotely.
• Languages: English and Bahasa Melayu.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
