Jawatan Kosong SALES EXECUTIVE in Alor Setar

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive in the developer sector, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s property projects. Your goal is to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Marketing

• Promote and sell property projects to potential buyers through various channels, including direct sales, events, online marketing, and collaboration with real estate agents.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and sales negotiations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Address clients’ inquiries, provide detailed property information, and offer professional advice to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sales concerns.

3. Sales Documentation and Reporting:
