Sales & Marketing Executive, Deco Furniture

About Us

Deco Furniture is a manufacturing company specializing in custom-made furniture and kitchen cabinets, serving residential, commercial, and project-based clients. As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive who is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about sales and business development to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for furniture and kitchen cabinet products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, potential clients, key accounts, and project-based sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, developers, contractors, interior designers, corporate clients, and other business partners.
• Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, conduct product presentations, negotiate with clients, and follow up to close sales.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and business development activities.
• Manage sales leads, customer follow-ups, sales pipeline, and conversion progress.
• Promote the company's furniture and kitchen cabinet products through appropriate marketing and sales channels.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, exhibitions, promotional activities, and company events.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including sales performance, lead generation, customer feedback, and business development activities.
• Achieve individual sales KPIs and contribute to the overall growth of Deco Furniture.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.
• Experience in furniture manufacturing, kitchen cabinets, interior design, renovation, or construction-related industries is an advantage.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, confident, and result-driven.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic sales/marketing tools.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and business development activities.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
