Jawatan Kosong Process Technician SMC in Johor Bahru

Duties And Responsibilities:

1. Upkeep and maintain production machinery and equipment

2. Perform preventive maintenance for machine and equipment

3. Updating the machine check sheet and reports

4. Perform housekeeping for the machinery and equipment

5. Improve the machine performance to achieve production target

6. Will be required to carry out any adhoc duties that is assigned by superior from time to time

7. Perform the Daily weekly & monthly Preventive Maintenance checklist, updating temperature profile (SMC Reflow Oven)

8. Support Process and Product Engineer's for DOE / Engineering Build / Pilot Build / Validation

9. Follow up and implement machine optimization activities with machine vendor

10. Record the down time report after repair the machine in Production Form and MHR

11. Monitor and maintain ESD wiring in working area

12. Perform continuous improvement activities and line rejection monitoring (Yield ) and work together with engineer for solution

13. Provide support during the off day if required, be on time to work and need to inform superior if unable to come to work

14. To update and share all problem faced during the shift changing meeting

15. To support and prepare for stay back to complete the task given

16. To inform the superior if any machine or process down more 30 minutes for further action

17. To provide all the support for production to perform line conversionon time request

18. To use Work Instruction, Guide Line, Specification for line conversion to meet the product requirement

19. To carry out any adhoc duties that is assigned by superior from time to time

Experience with AOI programming, debugging, and fine-tuning inspection parameters.

• Familiarity with IPC standards, especially IPC-A-610 for solder joint acceptability.
• Knowledge of electronic components, polarity markings, and common defects (e.g., solder bridges, tombstoning, missing components).
• Ability to analyze AOI inspection data and optimize detection algorithms to minimize false calls and escapes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Process Technician: 2 years (Preferred)
