Job Description:

• Mengurus jualan motosikal melalui platform online seperti Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp dan platform media sosial syarikat.
• Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan berkaitan model, harga, promosi dan pakej pembelian motosikal.
• Mengenal pasti keperluan pelanggan dan mencadangkan motosikal yang sesuai.
• Membuat follow-up dengan pelanggan sehingga proses pembelian selesai.
• Mengurus dan mendapatkan maklumat serta dokumen pelanggan untuk proses permohonan ansuran.
• Bekerjasama dengan pihak Admin Ansuran bagi memastikan permohonan pelanggan diproses dengan lancar.
• Mengurus booking dan status jualan pelanggan.
• Mencapai sasaran jualan bulanan yang ditetapkan oleh syarikat.
• Membuat posting dan membantu menghasilkan content berkaitan motosikal untuk tujuan pemasaran online.
• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan membuat follow-up selepas jualan.
• Menjalankan tugasan berkaitan jualan dan pemasaran seperti yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM.
• Mempunyai pengalaman dalam sales/online sales adalah satu kelebihan.
• Berminat dalam bidang motosikal dan jualan.
• Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan customer service yang baik.
• Aktif menggunakan media sosial seperti Facebook, TikTok dan WhatsApp.
• Berkeyakinan, proaktif dan mempunyai kemahiran persuasi.
