Job Purpose

To support daily retail and sales operations by assisting customers, maintaining product displays, managing stock, processing sales transactions and ensuring a positive customer experience at retail outlets, booths and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers at retail outlets, booths and sales events.
• Provide accurate product information, recommendations and demonstrations to customers.
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process and handle sales transactions.
• Support daily sales targets and participate in promotional activities.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and refer complaints or complex matters to the respective Superior.

B. Stock & Inventory Management

• Arrange, replenish and maintain product displays and shelves.
• Monitor stock availability and report low-stock items to the Superior.
• Assist with stock receiving, stock counting and inventory record updates.
• Ensure products are properly labelled, organised and stored.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect stock items.

C. Retail & Booth Operations

• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and proper arrangement of the sales area.
• Assist with setting up and dismantling booths, promotional displays and sales equipment.
• Ensure products, promotional materials and pricing information are displayed correctly.
• Follow Company procedures for cash handling, payment processing and sales documentation.

D. Sales Reporting & Administrative Support

• Prepare and maintain accurate daily sales records.
• Assist in preparing basic sales and inventory reports.
• Report sales performance, customer feedback and operational issues to the Superior.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates without experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, responsible, hardworking and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays when required, subject to the Company's working arrangements.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory handling is an advantage.
