Site Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily construction site activities, coordinating contractors and subcontractors, monitoring progress, safety, materials, labour, and machinery, and resolving site issues to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Description

• Responsible for working collaboratively with contractors to ensure that construction is carried out on schedule.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Oversee construction progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Site works, materials, labours & machineries verification, monitoring & supervision.
• Resolve site problems that may arise

Job Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
• 2 years of experience in the field (housing / industrial).
• Proven working experience in construction site works.
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Able to study and familiar with construction drawings.
• Highly organized and able to plan ahead.
• Understanding the construction process.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month
