Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s daily accounting activities, financial records, reporting, and compliance requirements. The successful candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Handle full set of accounts, including preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform monthly closing and ensure all accounting entries are properly recorded.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and outstanding receivables/payables.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Conduct bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory payments where applicable.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banks, suppliers, and customers when required.
• Assist with annual audit and tax preparation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist management with financial information and other accounting-related tasks.

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
