Inventory Management and Stock Control

• Monitor, receive, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory materials for construction projects.
• Track inventory levels to ensure stock availability and order replenishment as needed.
• Perform routine cycle counts, stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Label, tag, and organize products to optimize storage and accessibility.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

• Prepare and process sales and purchase orders, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and inventory requirements.
• Assist in picking, packing, and loading items for delivery to ensure correct shipment of orders.

Record-Keeping and Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions in the inventory management system.
• Generate and update reports on stock levels, order status, and inventory discrepancies for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory storage, handling, and safety.

Customer and Supplier Interaction

• Respond to inquiries from internal teams, customers, and suppliers related to stock availability and order status.
