Jawatan Kosong Community Pharmacists in Dungun

Job Summary:

The Site Clerk (Weighbridge & Site Administration) is responsible for managing weighbridge operations and maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials at the mining site. The position also involves general site administrative duties, documentation, and coordination with the head office to support smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:1. Weighbridge Operations

• Operate and maintain the weighbridge system for all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Record accurate weight data for raw materials, ore, and other supplies.
• Ensure that all weighbridge tickets, delivery orders, and transport documents are properly recorded and filed.
• Verify vehicle registration numbers, driver details, and material descriptions before weighing.
• Ensure weighbridge is calibrated, clean, and in good working condition.
• Report any discrepancies, overloading, or irregularities to the Site Manager immediately.

2. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily records for production, dispatch, fuel usage, machinery operation hours, and manpower attendance.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management and head office.
• Keep organized filing of all delivery orders, invoices, stock movement records, and weighbridge tickets.
• Assist in preparing reports for audits, safety, and compliance inspections.

3. Site Administration

• Support daily administrative functions such as attendance updates, claims submission, and staff coordination.
• Manage and track office supplies, PPE inventory, and stationery at site.
• Liaise with transporters, contractors, and suppliers for material delivery and logistics arrangements.
• Coordinate with head office on HR, finance, and procurement matters.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Follow company safety and environmental procedures during weighbridge operations.
• Keep records of safety checklists, permits, and inspection forms.
• Ensure only authorized vehicles and materials are processed through the weighbridge.

Requirements

Education:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or weighbridge operation role. Experience in the mining or construction industry will be an added advantage.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general data entry
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in record-keeping
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiar with basic weighing system operations

Others:

• Willing to work at a remote mining site (Cerul, Kemaman)
• Able to work extended hours or shifts as required by operations (overtime provided)
• Accommodation will be provided, subject to the company’s terms and conditions
• Open to male candidates only

Working Hours:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) or as per site operational schedule.
