Tanggungjawab:

• Menyambut dan melayan pelanggan dengan profesional
• Menerima kenderaan untuk servis dan pembaikan
• Menerangkan masalah kenderaan serta cadangan servis kepada pelanggan
• Menyediakan sebut harga, invois dan rekod servis
• Berhubung dengan mekanik bagi memastikan kerja siap mengikut jadual
• Mengendalikan aduan pelanggan dengan berhemah

Kelayakan & Kriteria:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma (Automotif diutamakan)
• Berpengalaman sebagai Service Advisor atau khidmat pelanggan (diutamakan)
• Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik
• Mahir menggunakan komputer dan sistem servis
• Berdisiplin, bertanggungjawab dan jujur
• Berpenampilan kemas dan profesional
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
