Jawatan Kosong Sales Executive in Kuantan

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Sales and Business Development

- Identify potential customers and sales opportunities within the vape industry.

- Actively seek out new business through cold calls, networking, and market research.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

- Install relevant company Point of Sales material such as posters, calendars, A3 size menu card and etc

2. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

- Address client inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and support as needed.

- Respond to and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

- Maintain and improve our current relationship with all our existing dealers during normal visit or service visit.

3. Product Knowledge

- Provide training to our dealers / their staffs regarding product knowledge, product authentication, and warranty acceptance and claim procedures.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the vape industry.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's vape product offerings and their features.

- Be prepared to answer questions and provide guidance on product selection.

4. Sales Targets

- Set and work towards sales targets and objectives established by the company.

- Monitor and report on sales performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve or exceed targets.

5. Market Research

- Stay informed about competitors and market conditions.

- Collect and analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.

- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

6. Sales Support

- Arrange and display company products in the Led Lightbox in accordance with company guideline

- Collect and return warranty to the said dealers

- Using business tracker to submit weekly report to the company

- Attend weekly company meeting together with the team lead to raise issues and problems during service

Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.to maximize sales outcomes.

Location available: Kuantan and Kuching

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
