Penerangan Asas:

1) Menjalankan tugasan sebagai supervisor operator di bahagian berikut :

• Fabrik
• Span
• Frame
• Spray
• Interior
• Packing
• Assembly
• Outdoor

2) Menggunakan peralatan tangan manual, semi automatik

3) Menyelia dan menguruskan operator pengeluaran bagi memastikan sasaran pengeluaran dipenuhi.

4) Memastikan proses kerja berjalan lancar mengikut SOP dan standard kualiti syarikat.
5) Memantau prestasi pekerja dan memberikan laporan kepada pihak pengurusan.
6) Menyelesaikan sebarang masalah yang timbul dalam operasi harian.
7) Melatih dan membimbing operator pengeluaran untuk meningkatkan kecekapan kerja.

8) Kontrak selama 3 bulan dan akan diserap sebagai pekerja tetap sekiranya prestasi memuaskan

9) Had umur : (20 - 37 TAHUN SAHAJA)

Kelayakan

• Terbuka kepada pekerja buruh dan mereka dengan pengalaman kerja lasak seperti di kilang, tapak pembinaan, atau industri pembuatan berat.
• Pengalaman kerja sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun dalam persekitaran pengeluaran/perkilangan adalah satu kelebihan.
