Jawatan Kosong Content Creator & Retail Sales - Beauty

Dirran Organic Sdn Bhd is a growing clean beauty brand offering skincare and makeup products. We are looking for a confident, energetic, and creative female team member to join our kiosk team at Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

This role combines retail sales, customer service, TikTok Live, and content creation. You will interact with customers at the kiosk while also creating engaging short-form content to support our online sales and brand growth.

Job Responsibilities: Retail Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome and assist customers at the kiosk in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recommend suitable skincare and makeup products based on customers' needs.
• Explain product features, active ingredients, benefits, and usage.
• Provide excellent customer service and help achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
• Process purchases and payments accurately.
• Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organized kiosk.
• Arrange product displays and ensure products are properly stocked.
• Assist with stock checking, restocking, and sales records.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activities.

TikTok Live & Content Creation

• Host scheduled TikTok Live sessions.
• Present and demonstrate skincare and makeup products during live sessions.
• Interact confidently with viewers, answer questions, and encourage purchases.
• Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
• Produce content such as:
• Product demonstrations
• Unboxing videos
• Skincare routines
• Makeup tutorials
• Product highlights
• Before & after content
• Customer-focused beauty tips
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Trending videos and creative concepts
• Take high-quality product photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Support new product launches, promotions, and online sales campaigns.

Requirements

• Female Malaysian citizen.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, makeup, and social media.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, presentable, and customer-focused.
• Willing to host TikTok Live and create social media content.
• TikTok Live experience is an advantage but not required — full training will be provided.
• Retail, beauty, cosmetics, pharmacy, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Creative and interested in TikTok trends and short-form video content.
• Willing to learn product knowledge, sales techniques, and content creation.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, punctual, proactive, and able to work well as part of a team.

Working Hours

• 6 working days per week
• 1 day off per week according to the management schedule
• 8 working hours per day
• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Breaks are provided according to the company schedule

The role includes daily kiosk operations and scheduled TikTok Live/content creation responsibilities.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500/month, depending on experience
• 6% Sales Commission
