Jawatan Kosong Retail Sales Assistant TikTok Live – Pavilion Bukit Jalil in Bukit Jalil

Dirran Organic is a growing organic skincare and makeup brand in Malaysia. We are looking for a Female Retail Sales Assistant to join our kiosk team at Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, energetic, passionate about beauty, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

No TikTok Live experience is required — training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers at the kiosk in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers' skincare and makeup needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, ingredients, and benefits clearly.
• Process customer purchases and handle payments accurately.
• Support daily sales targets and contribute to both in-store and online sales.
• Maintain clean, organized, hygienic, and attractive product displays.
• Restock products, perform stock counts, and report low-stock items.
• Host scheduled TikTok Live sessions for a minimum of 2 hours per day.
• Demonstrate products and answer customer questions during TikTok Live.
• Promote products, bundles, promotions, and special offers during live sessions.
• Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
• Create product unboxing videos, makeup tutorials, product highlights, before & after content, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
• Continuously develop product knowledge, skincare knowledge, and sales skills through company training.

Requirements

• Female Malaysian citizen.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, or makeup.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Energetic, friendly, and customer-focused.
• Willing to host TikTok Live regularly.
• Willing to learn and follow training and guidance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail, beauty, pharmacy, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

Working Hours

• Full-time
• 6 working days per week
• 1 day off per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500/month, depending on experience
• 4% sales commission
