Jawatan Kosong Admin Asisstant in Simpang Ampat

a. To be responsible for checking, implementing and filing of product logistics.

b. To help Admin Executive to prepare the documents for product delivery.

c. To help Admin Executive on other duties related to delivery and stock item.

d. To help in preparing the document for payroll and account.

e. To arrange the interview for walk in candidate.

f. Assist in handling phone call and ascertain problem or reason for calling.

g. Attempt customers and suppliers in queries.

h. Responsible in arranging medical check-up for workers.

i. Issuing delivery orders / invoices, stock count.

j. Handle office general administration matter.

k. Assist to look after employee welfare which including monitoring working conditions, accident and insurance against disease.

l. To assist superior in performing other duties as instructed and which may arise from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
