Jawatan Kosong HR Assistant Manager in Alor Setar

Benefits Summary:

  • This is a full time permanent position
  • Basic Salary RM3,500 - RM5,000
  • Medical Claims, Medical Leaves, Annual Leaves, Monthly Allowances, Annual Bonuses, OT Pay, Free Carpark, Company Trips and Events etc.
  • Working Hours: Saturday-Thursday: 9.30am-6pm (Rest Day on Friday, Only need to work 2 Saturdays per month)
  • Working Location: Jalan Putra, Alor Setar

Our client, a reputable Motorcycle Dealership Company that was established in year 2004 and they have been growing rapidly over the years due to the high market demand. They are currently expanding their human resources team and hence, seeking for a passionate HR Assistant Manager to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their management in managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting new staff
  • Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
  • Managing pensions and benefits administration
  • Approving job descriptions and advertisements
  • Organising staff training
  • Monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
  • Ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organisation
  • Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
  • Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions and redundancy packages with staff and trade union representatives

Additional Information/ Requirement:

  • Possession of a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies or equivalent is required
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in relevant field is required
  • Possess knowledge of local employment legislation
  • Good verbal and written communication skill
