MRC Scooter – Alor Setar, Kedah

Salary/Allowance: RM500 per month
Working Hours: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
Off Days: Friday & Saturday

Job Description

MRC Scooter is looking for a responsible, organised and friendly Admin to support our daily administrative and workshop operations.

The successful candidate will assist with customer management, documentation, quotation, invoicing, WhatsApp communication and general administrative tasks. This role is suitable for individuals who are organised, willing to learn and comfortable communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer registration and maintain customer records.
• Manage customer enquiries through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Assist in preparing quotations and invoices.
• Follow up with customers after servicing.
• Update motorcycle service records and customer database.
• Manage filing, documentation and administrative records.
• Assist with daily sales and service records.
• Assist with stock recording and inventory updates.
• Coordinate information between customers, admin staff and mechanics.
• Assist with daily operations of the workshop.
• Ensure customer information and documents are recorded accurately.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Able to use WhatsApp and basic office applications.
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and take responsibility.
• Previous admin experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
