Jawatan Kosong DEMI CHEF in Lukut

A Demi Chef (also called Demi Chef de Partie) is a junior-level chef position in a professional kitchen. The role supports the Chef de Partie (section chef) in managing a specific kitchen station.

Typical job scope includes:

Preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards

Assisting the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations

Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards

Monitoring food stock and informing supervisors about shortages

Ensuring proper food storage and labeling

Helping with plating and presentation

Following kitchen safety procedures

Training or guiding kitchen helpers/commis chefs when needed

Working under pressure during busy service periods

Supporting other kitchen sections when required
