• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Managing check-in and check-out procedures
• Handling room reservations and cancellations
• Answering phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
• Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues professionally
• Processing payments, invoices, and receipts
• Coordinating with housekeeping and other hotel departments
• Maintaining guest records and reservation systems
• Assisting with luggage arrangements or transportation requests when needed

Administrative Duties

• Updating booking systems
• Preparing daily reports
• Managing room availability
• Monitoring front desk supplies and documents

Skills Usually Required

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and reservation system knowledge
• Ability to speak English and sometimes additional languages
• Professional appearance and attitude
