Deliver quality customer service of teller/clerical functions
Accurately and promptly record all transactions of customers’ banking accounts in compliance with Bank’s policies & procedures
Attend to over-the-counter customers’ enquiries on saving & checking accounts and other related banking accounts
Perform other banking services eg. cheque-book request, issue traveler’s checks, exchanging foreign currency, WU and etc.
Experience in clerical administrative, cash handling and customer service
