We are looking for a motivated Junior BIM Modeller to support our IT infrastructure and structured cabling projects. This is a suitable opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in developing their skills in BIM modelling, technical drawings and project coordination.

Training and guidance will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating BIM models and technical drawings for IT infrastructure, structured cabling and ELV systems.
• Prepare and amend layouts for cable containment, trunking, conduits, cable routes and equipment locations.
• Support the preparation of 2D drawings, 3D models, shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Assist with model coordination and identification of clashes with other building services.
• Work closely with project engineers, site teams and other disciplines to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Revise drawings and models according to project requirements and site feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Exposure to Autodesk Revit or other BIM software through coursework, internship or personal projects is an advantage.
• Interest in IT infrastructure, ELV systems or structured cabling is preferred.
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively.
• Candidates with relevant CAD/BIM project portfolios are encouraged to apply.
