Job Title: Junior Site Supervisor (Mechanical / HVAC) Job Responsibilities - Assist in supervising daily site activities and workers. - Monitor HVAC/ACMV installation works and site progress. - Coordinate with workers, contractors, and project management. - Assist in checking materials, manpower, and work schedules. - Maintain basic site documentation, daily reports, and attendance records. - Follow instructions from the Project Manager and ensure tasks are completed on time. - Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements. - Willing to learn mechanical installation and construction site operations. Requirements - Minimum SPM qualification. - Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome. - Basic English communication and basic documentation skills. - Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word / Excel). - Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and hardworking. - Strong commitment to work and willingness to learn. - Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. - Good attendance and reliability are essential. - Willing to work at different project sites when required. - Must be physically fit for a construction site environment.
