• Responsible for clients’ projects implementation on HCM Platforms

(e.g.: SAP Success Factors – related modules such as ‘Learning’, ‘Performance & Goals’, ‘Succession & Development’), or (Workday – related modules such as ‘Workday Learning’, ‘Workday Performance Management’).

• Act as the main contact points for clients, proactively collaborate with clients to understand user requirements.
• Work closely with developers and QA on system configuration, testing and validation activities to transform client requirements into well-defined specifications to ensure successful project delivery.
• Developing and implementing LMS solutions and providing L&D consulting. (provide L&D best practices).
• Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, including implementation plans, requirements, business blueprints, process flow diagrams, testing scripts, progress updates, training materials to ensure transparency and alignment among all stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, project progress updates, technical deployment, UAT and application support.
• Provide client end user training, post go-live support and troubleshooting.
• Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science and related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as business analyst. Experience with client-facing projects/vendor environment are essential.
• Sound knowledge of enterprise HCM Platforms such as SAP Success Factors, Workday, SABA, Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) are preferred.
• Experience in any ‘Learning’, ‘Performance & Goals’, ‘Succession & Development’, ‘Talent Management’ module for any Enterprise-grade HCM platforms is highly preferable.
• Strong Instructional Design Skills, and strong knowledge in technology field.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
